What Data We Collect
We collect only the data you give us yourself: your name, organization, email, phone number and message when you request a demo, and your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.
How We Use Your Data
We use this data solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote or demo, and — if you subscribed — send you occasional updates. We never sell or rent personal data.
Analytics
This site uses Matomo analytics configured without cookies and with IP addresses anonymized. Statistics are aggregate and cannot identify you — which is why no consent banner is required.
Data Sharing
Your data stays with us. We share it only with providers strictly necessary to operate the site (such as hosting), under agreements that protect it, or where the law requires it.
Data Retention
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for up to two years afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or a portable copy, and you may object or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
